• Use of play-way and Montessori methods preferred.
• Ability to create joyful, engaging learning environments.
• Plan, organize, and execute creative learning activities.
• Support emotional and social development of children.
• Coordinate with parents and staff for child progress updates.
• Maintain classroom discipline and cleanliness.
• Integrate music, stories, and visual learning aids.
